The opinion meticulously reviews and denies all claims made by Plaintiffs Chris Voisey and Arnette Travis. The court furthermore holds the plaintiffs solely responsible for all court costs, expenses, and legal fees, in excess of a million dollars with interest.

Final count will happen Friday March 12th, starting at 10:00am. Results expected to be reported sometime thereafter full ballot counting and tabulation and exepected around 2-3pm. There are about 8,800+ ballots to be counted.
Public is welcome to watch outside chamber staring at 9:00am.
UPDATE: City Clerk updated a previous email that their original numbers for ballots to be counted was incorrect -did not include an entire days worth of counting.
