It's official, were going ot trial November 14th. There will be up to six days of trial for an absurd lawsuit filied through Centercal surrogates intended purely to intimidate us.
Here is the primary settlement agreement for the Legado lawsuit. This will going to a Public hearing on October 17th for the public to comment on.
The swearing in ceremony is on June 6th, at City Hall Council Chambers. This is a regular Council meeting, for the first budget meeting as well as many other issues. Please join us for the event, come down to speak under "Open Agenda Items".

Barbee: 1,365 (-171 from primary)
Nehrenheim: 2,115 (+381 from primary)
Today, the California Coastal Commission (CCC) unanimously voted to find “Substantial Issue” with both CenterCal’s The Waterfront project and the City-sponsored Mole B Boat Launch Ramp Project as appealed by the citizen's of Redondo Beach. This is monumental news as it invalidates all permits and approvals issued by the City of Redondo Beach to CenterCal for development purposes.
Nils is running a community campaign. Funding comes from community members just like you. One outside special interest: League of Conservation Voters. A group of concerned citizens worried about open space, views and water quality. Find out more here.
